Fitness room?

They have lockers that you program your own PIN number into. They provide towels, robes and sandals. Also facial cleansers, lotions, etc.
Yup...the locker room is very nice and has a steam room as well. The men's locker room also had complimentary razors, q-tips and a hair dryer along with Elemis shower products (typically only available if you sail concierge). I wish the locker room had a bathing suit dryer which Aulani has, plus it just makes sense after the rainforest room.

Quick note: You do not need a spa pass to access the locker room and showers. The fitness center shares it. I did not know this until after my first cruise, but I still purchase the rainforest pass anyway but it's good for those who need a little more space to get ready and shower.

I have done the boot camp on the Fantasy, now granted that was 2 years ago, and we did it inside. I really enjoyed the workout and that particular trainer didn't try to up sell me on anything.

Thank you for the link. I see there are spinning classes. Anyone know if there is a fee?
The spinning classes are free. You sign up in the gym starting at 5:00 pm the night before. They fill up fast, so get there a few minutes early. And there is also a wait list. Usually a couple of people no-show, so go ahead and go to the class if you are on the wait list.

Jumping on what seems to be a fairly active thread to ask if anyone knows how small the available free weights are? I partially tore my rotator cuff last year and the doctor and his therapists devised a long list of exercises that have stabilized things, stopped the pain and started a very slow healing process. I need 1, 2, 3, and 5 pound weights. The resistance bands take up no space in my suitcase but I really hate the idea of packing weights.

Great! Thanks.
