Fitch to hold teleconerfence about downgrade

Fitch analysts will host a teleconference tomorrow, August 28, at 9:30 AM to discuss its downgrade of The Walt Disney Company (NYSEIS - News; Disney) to 'BBB+'.

Hopefully this will explain why they did it.

...so I'm wondering: Is this something that is done frequently? Or was this decision on the basis of Disney's high profile/popularity?
