I'm back! What a week it has been! We had the lowest temperatures in 30 years for our run. Overnight lows were -5 to -10 with wind chills approaching -30. Brr!
Thursday, 2/19: 25 minutes running
Friday, 2/20: 30 + 25 + 10 + 10 = 75 minutes running (4 legs total over 14 hour or so)
Saturday, 2/21: 20 minutes walking
Tuesday, 2/24: 40 minutes running
Total here of 160 minutes, brings my February total up to
737/1000
So, I didn't make my goal

BUT - the experience of my run was amazing, incredible, and I made some friends for life! Now...when I can sign up for a Disney race??
