so today I drove to go snowshoeing up a mountain and realized when I got there that one of my shoes is broken. But I came up with a plan B. One of the trails to the summit was a snomobile trail so it was well packed. I went up the mountain, down the mountain, back up the mountain and one more trip back down. I fit in some running intervals. It was great!

This sounds so cool! I was walking into a store today and the fresh air felt so good I just wanted to be outside in it! It was 31 degrees out and felt so warm. That's crazy.
I did my 30 min p90x workout tonight and heard a yucky pop in my bad knee. No pain so hopefully it was nothing but it sure freaked me out completely. I can't wait for the snow to go away so I can get back outside and back to running more regularly. I didn't realize how much I missed it until this month of really frigid temps. I've seen a guy running on my usual trail a few times recently and all u can see are his eyes (he's covered up well) but I can't help but think how dedicated he must be and how much must love it. Because its been REALLY cold.
