I bumped up my sit-ups last night to 2 sets of 15 and 1 set of 10, and I am starting to do weights for my arms while I am sitting around watching TV.
I did great for the superbowl...I didn't munch on anything but sweet peas!!!

i like counting points, it's like a game figuring out what i can eat for the day and seeing what the best "deal" is. Do i want a tuna sandwich for 3 points or a lean cuisine pizza for 6 points? if i have the sandwich then i can have a jello pudding for 2 points. see? actually pretty fun! i'll probably be driving myself nuts by week 10, but for now, fun.
I'm not doing my exercises cause I feel so unwell, I'll continue once I'm feeling better. I hear that Buff Brides book is really good, I think I'll purchase it too. I need to get on the water wagon myself, I'm terrible with it, I never remember to drink just water
