Fishing?

I've had a good time fishing at Fort Wilderness before with cane poles. Some people have told me about going on one of the pontoon expeditions. Does anyone have any experience? Did you catch much? Mainly bass? Is it good to leave from Fort Wilderness? Or are some of the other lakes better?

We've done more excursions than we can count. The best one we caught over 100 bass in 2 hours. There was 3 of us, DH, myself and the guide. We actually couldn't pull them in fast enough. The weather was nice. This was during Christmas break. The least we ever caught was 2 bass in 2 hours. Also during a Christmas break. It was freezing. I'd say an average 2 hour trip would produce 20 - 30 bass with a good guide.
