I haven't been yet, but we are looking at one for our stay. One thing to consider is if you want fish out of the trip or not, because any fish that are caught are property of the boat, not you. Some of the places let you keep some of the fish, so if that is something that is important to you, make sure that you check before booking.
In 2014 part of our group used Boom Boom Sportfishing, about 45 minute drive from Aulani. I didn't go personally, seasick issues, but those that went couldn't stop raving about how enjoyable the outing was. Their prices are about average for what we found on Oahu. If you are looking to keep some of the catch, know that all of the fishing charters have a policy that the catch is the property of the boat. Many do have a policy of sharing fillets from some of the smaller fish caught. The rest are sold at market to subsidize the operation. Their website is http://www.boomboomsportfishing.com/home.html.
