We have decided that on our 08 trip we are going to let the boys (DH and DS) go on a fishing excursion while DD and do a breakfast at MK and wake up tink. Plus it gives DD time to do the girly things in MK without DS having to live thru them ;).
My question is DS will be 13 when we go and does use a Kwalker and then a w/c for long distances. Is there going to be a place where DH can leave DS's w/c? Has anyone here ever done fishing with Disney and has mobility issues? The picture on the page just looks like a bass boat which he does on a regular basis with DH so I know he can get him in and out of the boat and will be fine in the boat. :confused3 I am just worried that Disney might or might not let that happen. He heard DH and I talking about it tonight and is now all excited that he is going to get to fish at Disney. So I am hoping I have not screwed up royally now.

I know that you can access the boat at the Yacht Club and fish in Crescent Lake. They will pull the boat over to the dock, nearest the ramp from Bayside Marine. You can use the device down the ramp and up to the boat's entrance. You could then transfer over to a seat on the boat. You can then park the device in a small dock area directly in front of where Breathless is parked in it's lift. It will be save there since this is a non-guest area.
If you have any more specific questions, you could call Bayside Marina between 10am and 5pm at 407-934-3823
