Fish Extenders for the Podcast Cruise

stole this from another post, thought some of you may want to get to Target

Hey guys I dropped by Target today in between customers and guess what they have? In the front where they keep the "dollar" items they had Tink buttons- 4 in a pack- 2 styles $1- pack, they had a 3 pack of Tink gel pens w/ charm hanging on pen, they had 2 diff style Tink Journals w/ locks (not many pages but so cute!) , Tink wipe off boards in 2 styles, Tink socks-like 4 styles, pony tail holders, tattoo sheets, lip glosses, nail polish, and some other stuff-

May I make one tiny request of FE gifts for our FE? My DH is allergic to cinnamon. If anyone is planning to do something with cinnamon, especially with cinnamon oil (candles/candies/potpourri/etc) please skip our FE.

Fish extender etiquette question...

OK. I know I have 7 months, but I'm kind of into this right now. My fish extender (made by someone else for me - I don't sew) is almost finished. I created a door magnet sign in the same "theme" and I have ideas for my fish extender gifts (same theme). However, those gifts are a little "elaborate." Is one gift per cabin acceptable, or does it really need to be one gift per person - kids included?

Thanks. I'll do whatever the "norm" says we should. I've just never done this before. (I"m having a blast. This is right up my creative alley!)

I was only planning 1 per cabin myself, so hopefully thats okay!! But i was going to leave a hundred dollar bill per cabin...maybe I'll just get some mickey pencils instead

One per cabin is fine.

It is up to you to decide whether or not it is in your budget to give one per person.

Good idea about the pencils -- I can't think of any services you could provide that would justify a $100 bill...

Count us in, too. There are three of us (adults), and I don't have a cabin assignment yet.

When we did this on our cruise last year, we had layouts of the ship, with the cabin numbers circled so we could cross them off as we went from deck to deck, and some families split up as they passed out the goodies. Since our cruise was 11 nights we spread out the FE giving and people chose nights or had them assigned so everyday we got some gifts.

It was fun.

Also, my FE is nothing fancy - and we still enjoyed it (for those of who who might be stressing -- don't), as well as admired the ones that had more thought put into them.

Well, lets just say I know how to handle a pencil and I can write a long time without writers cramps!!
