I bought a green Christmas Print for the extender, then bought some Disney licensed material for the pockets, with Mickey and the gang...lots of red. I'm going to use a bright yellow binding to hold it all together. Then, I bought some sew on Disney patches that I'm going to decorate it with. I figure that I can use it for more that just the cruise...during Christmas, I can hang it and put Christmas Cards in it.

Which reminds me. I have this for use at home during the holidays, but it would work PERFECTLY as a FE. Size and pockets are just right.

Cool idea, My friend who made my Tigger is planning a way to take it and Christmas it up a bit for 2.0. It's great to have creative friends with great ideas and the energy to get them done.

I was surfing for fabric last night. So many fun prints that it's hard to decide. The best fabrics are definitely for Nemo and Cars lovers!!!! There is also some amazing Wall-E stuff, too!

If I were to make another FE, my DP would strangle me. It was a serious point of contention in the crafting half of the dining room. Perhaps the Disney Store Christmas Card holder would work. Or I can re-use the one from 1.0.....or maybe .......

We're almost finished with ours. DH and I had a lot of fun designing it, and Todd, your primer was a great help! Now, to figure out a creative idea to use to hang it from the fish? How thick is the area between the wall and the fish? Does the rope/string we use have to be thin? This will be our first cruise, so I have absolutely no experience with this.
