Can I guarentee that the Atlantic Cod will be completely cooked? I know sporadically people serve fish rare, and I only fish completely cooked.

The only fish that is generally served rare is tuna...I wouldn't think you would have a problem with the cod...not a fish normally served rare.

Not to be argumentative but more as an fyi, I believe the "correct" way to cook scallops is slightly opaque (rare) in the center.

As for CA Grill, just express your preferences to your sever.
