June 28, 2008 –We will be leaving our place of hitchdom, very early in the AM..and should be on the road by 6AM..if not sooner...but also VERY happy to arrive home safely, as I really hate long drives..and this is the mudda (as my dear friend DU, says it) of long drives.!....

I love to mentioned in other peoples TR's! Whadda EGO!

Didja know that I will be driving down, when you are driving home! We will pass in the night!

BOY OH BOY! Disney again! (I say again like it's a bad thing, but can one REALLY get TOO MUCH Disney? ummm...NO! haha) I am SOO excited! (thanx a lot, Nana and Gwampa!) Julia, I'm a friend of Nana's from another thread that we both post on. I have 3 DDs. My oldest was also born in 1991 and boy do I think you 2 would get along well! She also loves vampires and Pirates. I'll have to let her know that she is a VAMPIRATE! She'll love it! Did you read the twilight series? My DD is so anxious for the next book to come out in August! Your car trips sure sound alot like ours....especially the music. They will all listen to iPods but will complain that the others are on too loud!

I am so psyched about going to Disney this year! Its going to be such a fun time and a really cool vacation. I hope Brittany has a GREAT 15th Birthday We are all going to try to make the trip great! Julia is going to WDW for the last time with us before she moves out, which is a shame, but we are going to make it wonderful for her too!

I remember when I was on Rockin Rollercoaster, I was laughing my toosh off
The roller coasters I'd like to go on are: Rockin rollercoaster , Splash Mt. , Dinosaur,(even though it is scary) Expidition Everest, and all of the others!
Ya cant forget the waterparks, and the POOL!
My favorite princess is Cinderella!

Hi Mandy - The sisters were together on Saturday and did LOTS of karaoke. Susan is now touring the Pacific Northwest (she'll return for Thanksgiving & Christmas) and Mary is busy with her DD's graduation and all the hoopla that goes with it. I'm busy cooking for the graduation reception!

How are YOU doing?

Betsy - I loved the girls posts...they are so cute and I'm looking forward to b'fast with them!

Gotta run....white chocolate is melting and I shouldn't leave it unattended!

This is Petey's Sweetie (aka brittany) Ummm Ok this trip almost didn't happen for me, which would of stunk... BUT I CAN GO!!! Its gonna be my birthdy celebration... I am so phsyed tis is a trip, i'll always remember. im turning 15, and im wearing my gorgious homecoming dress and teara on the big day but i am very excited, thats FO SHO...lol!!!!!! THANKYA Nana and Abuelo. almost here!!!

I AM TOADALLY up for Pop Century sp? The way i roll is the 50's... i should of lived in that time frame... , but Julia and i will be Hott Boy spotting the ENTIRE time, any guy we see we have to rate on the hottie radar. sad but true))). im Xited dawg.

that's so coolio that me and your DD are so alike but, seriously, isn't that nickname vampirate the best thing you've ever heard? ;P i made that up like three years ago, then a book called vampirates came out and i was all like WAT?! soo should have had that copywritten!!! you should have your daughter read it, it's actually really good. No, i have not read the twilight series, but a lot of people at my school have... i'm not gonna lie, i had the first book in my hand at one point and it didn't really look like i'd like it too too much... but i write a lot a lot (poems and books and stuff... ask nana, she's plagued with proofreading all of my finished products hehe) and i'm working on one about a vampire and it's gooood

The time has come...and gone since I should have added a couple of updates....
Sorry..

Well first off I found a great deal with my car rental(Alamo)..I saved a couple of hundred dollars, and get to pick the van up two days early...
That will help a little with the astronomical gas prices...

I am also very happy to say the fam and myself will be meeting up with our TKers own HollyAnn, at a popular TK meeting place... A Cracker Barrel, just outside of St. Augustine, for breakfast...
I will try to remember the obligatory rocking chair picture...

My sister surprised me with the info that she and her daughter will be in the world at the same time as us.... ..They will only be there for 3-4 days I think, but we are going to meet up at the Yak & Yeti for lunch on Sunday...and spend that afternoon together...

The 2 boxes I packed, have been sent, and according to UPS tracking are there waiting for us already...

The bags we are taking are packed...all I have to do is clean out my van.
We go to the Airport and pick up the rental tomorrow...That gives us plenty of time to pack it ...as we wont leave until early Tuesday morning....

Oh and Im not sure if I have updated the dates we will be there....We decided to add a day....This way we dont have to worry about a long drive the day after Brittanys Birthday..and we can all stay up late if we'd like for it...The extra day will give us a rest at the resort day, mid trip too.....or maybe even a waterpark day...

Everyone is VERY excited to get the show one the road....

I will take lots of pictures for the Offical TR...
