First week of March 2025

I'm looking at coming back to Disneyland around the 4th - 7th of March 2025
Any ideas why hotels are either sold out or so expensive for these dates??
I've never seen such high hotel rates before for a seemingly random set of dates.

There is a fairly large expo at the convention center those exact dates.

March 4-7 are the dates of the Natural Foods Expo West, a big trade show at the convention center. This year 65,000 people attended.

March is also the start of Spring Break season, where schools have a 1-2 week break. We live in Texas, and our Spring Break is usually either the first or second week of March every year. I’m sure the Expo is the main thing causing rates to go up, but Spring Break on top of that is even worse!
