First waitlist experience

Called MS as I just found out that I am attending a conference in Nov. 2011
No studios at all available
Nov 9,10,11,12,
They put me on an auto wait list but I guess I better have a back up plan.
Thank goodness I book my regular vacations 11 months out.

Question
where do you look on DVC.com to see if the wait list comes through?

You will know it came through when you see you have the reservation. I believe you will receive confirmation via email as well.

I could get a studio for the 12 only...just two weeks ago, I've been watching notse here and member service said NOTHING is available 10-11... So we'll be at Pop moving to OKW Studio on the 13th.

I'm thinking of Pop also,although I can get BLT for $175.00 a night through
the conference web site.
Right now I'm wait listed at AKV but I think I'll call back and add OKW my other home resort as a second wait list.

Yes, you really need to be waitlisted at 2 resorts. I think AKV and OKW are good choices, however, SSR and OKW would be even better. BTW you can also check your DVC account under upcoming vacations, if there is something new, it will be listed there too. Good luck, esp. since this is a holiday weekend (Veterans Day is Friday the 11th).
