First trip with service dog

We have been to Disney many times before, however this will be our first trip with a service dog. We are planning on going in December and we have two children also. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. How did you navigate the crowded parks with your service dog? What rides did you ride with your dog and what rides did you do a rider swap?
