Sorry for the delays in posting these guys!! We've still got a week and a half to go through!!!!
Anyway -Its Saturday morning and we're off to the Magic Kingdom. I have been to DLP and am expecting this to be much the same.
The cab collects us at 7am as we have PS at CRT at 8:05am. Heather is wearing her Cinderella dress.
As we enter, the taxi driver says "we're here now" and we are totally unaware that we have to catch a monorail!!
Anyway, we find out EVENTUALLY and Im panicking that we wont make our 8:05am ressie. But the turnstiles dont open till 8am so we're ok.
Walking down Main Street USA with NO-ONE ELSE was fantastic!! We got loads of good piccies there. (Again - sorry - dont know how to post them - well done on yours Eve you IT Whizz!!!).
We get seated immediately right next to the windows overlooking Fantasy Land. Its brilliant. The princesses turn up and goes who's there??!! SNOW WHITE!!!!!! Excellent news for Heather who hugs and kisses her.
I must mention that the four of us at at this breakfast and we cant drag Anthony (11) away from his food to snog a princess!! But we did get a picture with him (smiling!!) with Belle?? Maybe my son is a future Beast??!! Nah!! No "maybes" about it!!!!
The breakfast is good, but more rushed than PSB. We werent quite able to eat anything before another princess was at the table. Then she would leave and I'd put something else on my fork, put it to my mouth, then another princess would be there. Im sure I had my mouth full whenever a princess was there!!
We came out just before 9am and were right at the front for rope drop.
As we're in Fantasy Land we do Peter Pan first, then Snow White, Whinnie The Pooh. We look wistfully at IASW.
I check the Times Guide in the map for EVERY SHOW!!!
This was the real DISNEY - we saw characters everywhere!!
The rides are excellent and even Heather came off Spl M and BTMR smiling!! She wouldnt do Sp.M though!!!
The SADCT Parade was superb. Very choked watching this!!!
Spectromagic was excellent. Getting more choked by the second!!
And WISHES???? Not a dry eye in the house!!!
We left at about 11:30pm and caught a taxi back to I Drive.
