First Trip ...Help who has the airplane design?

I was this organized going to get everything printed and finished before my April trip. I had a airplane with I believe the fab 5 in it. Maybe saying Guess where I am going? Or my first trip to Disney.

Then my computer crashed.....new hard drive.

Does anyone know who had this? I have searched all day. I can't find anything even close to it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
