So my husband and I are planning to go to WDW and Universal next year for around 12 nights. With our current plan we were originally going to do 4 days at Universal and 6 days at WDW, however my husband and I both have 3 weeks paid vacation and he said that it's alright if I extend our trip to 14 days (yay!) Now my question is, which would you choose if you had the choice?
6 full days of parks with the park hopper option or 6 days without it? I really want to eat at Be Our Guest for dinner and don't want being stuck at one park for the day to ruin my chances of getting an ADR. And I would just upgrade at the parks, but we live in Canada and the special ticket pricing isn't available after May 20th of this year, which means we have to make our choice before it runs out. The price difference is basically $15 a day per person when I price it out which in the grand scheme of things doesn't seem like much money to me. However, I'm not sure if we'll use it aside from the 5th and 6th days when I know we'll probably go back to each park for half a day (HS might be just an hour depending on how boring I find it). Anyway, what would everyone here choose if they had a choice?
