First Trip Buttons at Check-In?

Hi!

I'm helping a friend plan her daughters' first trip to WDW! We have noted on her resort reservation that this is their first trip - is it possible they will get "First Trip" buttons at check-in? Or should I just direct her to Guest Services at the first park they visit? Thanks!

If they are not already in their check-in packet; then she should request them at the check-in desk.

I took a first timer a few years ago; noted it on the ressie and the button was in our packet.

Yes- request them at check in if they are not provided. We went with a huge group of family during our anniversary- we got Happy anniversary pin, grand gathering, and 2 of our groups got first visit. They have them all at the check-in counter.

My DD got a 1st visit pin last November simply because it was our first trip to the Poly resort. The check in CM was very friendly and encouraged us to celebrate everything!! My DD and DS got a lei for each stuffed animal they were carrying.

If it's not in your packet just ask for one. They should have some at the front desk. Have a great trip!
