Hi,

This is my first message on this board, and (hopefully) this year will be our first visit to Disney in California... What we need is advise!.
- I have two daughters (one at uni., one taking GCSE's), therefore we aim to try and take a 'last minute' package holiday... any suggestions how we can go about this (best sites etc.)
- have visited WDW Florida on two occasions (loved it!). Accessed the UK Dis site and found them extremly usefule, again any tips for a memorable visit to California would be most welcome
- is it feasible to include other Californian (?) landmarks in with a two trip? (e.g. Las Vegas, etc,)

Welcome your views...

 Welcome!
You will enjoy your first visit to Disneyland. It is quite different than Disney World, but has many charms.
There are a lot of different things you can do in combination with your Disney vacation. If you have a rental car, you can go to Universal Studios, Sea World in San Diego, visit the Queen Mary in Long Beach (one of our favorites) and drive to Las Vegas, which I think is about a 5 hour drive.
With the ages of your daughters, I would not go to Knott's Berry Farm.
Here is a list of sites that you may want to check out:

www.themeparks.com
www.mouseplanet.com
www.mouseinfo.com
And I always book through:
www.disneytravel.com
Happy reading....come back with questions...I know you'll have a lot!
