That's a great attitude to have and I wish more people had it! Everyone is always wanting to compare Universal and Disney w/o even acknowledging they are different parks. If you have any questions, the Proud Redheads will be more than happy to assist!Thanks for the first timer's review. We are going for the first time at some point within a year (DD is dying to go to HP) and I have just suddenly wanted to read everything I can about Universal. It's kind of fun to get to plan a trip to a totally different theme park.![]()

Yes, we are stepping outside our Disney comfort zone to try something new and different. We'll be staying onsite at Universal to get the full experience and this is going to be so much fun to plan.
....plus...there's a ton in my sig, just for that very reason..... 
Some people love choosing restaurants. I LOVE choosing resorts. I will comb the trip reports to feed my fix and eventually decide on one.
