First timers do WDW - Part VI

Wed, June 23 - Went to Epcot again in the morning. Got fastpasses for THe Land that we didn't get to use! We started walking the world showcase to kill the time and didn't get back in time for the fastpasses. DS6 got the mask and started collecting the symbols for the countries, when we realized we had 10 minutes left on the fast passes, I think we were in China and there was no way to make it back in time. We were all pretty hot and tired by the time we made it through world showcase that we decided to back to the hotel. This was our 6th day of WDW in the hot sun. Hopefully next time we'll be able to do more.

After the afternoon rest we decided to hit MGM on last time. We got there about 1/2 before the parade. Watched the parade, much less crowded then MK's parade. THen headed back to Pizza Planet again (did I mention DS6 is a BIG toy story fan?) ate there (pizza of course) DS6 and DH played downstairs afterwards while I walked around with DStwins.

Ready to head back to the hotel. We walked past Star Wars (I don't think that is the actually name of the ride, but you know what I mean) there was only a 5 min wait. Tried to get DS6 to go with DH but he was not interested. DH went on, said it was good. DS6 was happy to wait outside and get sprayed!

Made sure everyone got to bed a decent time because Thursday is EMH at MK and we want to make sure to get there on time!

Thanks for your report. It's my understanding from reading posts on these boards that you can still use FastPasses after their expiration time - sorry you didn't get to use yours. The Star Wars ride is called Star Tours. I've ridden it once, but it made me very sick to my stomach! I'd rather wait outside and be sprayed, too! lol
