First Timer, some help please?

So mainly the help is with transportation. I looked through the transportation thread and couldn't find what I needed so I'm sorry if this is posted twice.

I Just got the Dreams Unlimited 1 day-2 park package with transportation from my disney hotel. They sent me the confirmation number and some sort of voucher thing. What is this used for and where do I pick up my actual tickets...and when?

I'm quite confused about the whole thing!!

You will pick up your tickets at the kiosks at the parks right outside the gates.

Outside the Universal Parks?? So I use the voucher that was emailed to me for the transportation there then pick up the tickets that day when we get to the parks?
