First Timer Questions

Our very first trip to the fort is coming up in 2 weeks!

We have a few questions...

- If we do online check in ahead of time, can we still place a loop request (close to restrooms if possible, due to medical problems)? If so, how do we do that?

- What is the procedure when we arrive to check in? Do we have to park and go in? And if so, what documentation do we need to take in with us.

Checkin can either be done in your vehicle or at the front desk. We've done both, depending on how liong the checkin lines are at the gates. Of course long lines at the gates may also mean long lines inside.
