I am so excited! We rented a 2BR at BCV last year, and LOVED it. We have been researching it since. We agreed on a price and signed the contract today. Now we are just in a holding pattern for ROFR.

Sorry to bore you with all of this, but I am so excited!!! And none of my friends "get it", so I had to share with someone.

:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:    :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Congrats, hope you get your contract. Did you add your info to the "Who recently passed (or didn't pass) ROFR" thread. Something like that is the name.

Good luck on clearing ROFR...we look forward to welcoming you home!

Good luck. I hope you pass rofr so we can say Welcome home :)

Congrats! Own at the BCV and love it! Only complaint is, man are we spoiled now! The thought of having to ride a bus to Epcot/World Showcase and even MGM! Hope it all works out for you.

I like the comment that none of your friends "get it" :lmao: Everyone here definitely knows why you're so excited !!

Congratulations and :welcome:

P.S. Does your user name imply that you're an RPh?

Great choice and good luck! :smickey:

Bore us?!?! Please! Congrats, I hope you pass ROFR and come home soon. :goodvibes

Good luck on ROFR.

BTW, you've chosen wisely.;)

I'm a retail pharmacist for a major chain that starts with "C".

Nice to meet a fellow "pill pusher" on the DIS.:)

Hey, how do I get one of those cool DVC Resort pictures for my signature once I close on my contract?

My DH figured out how to put the resort pics in the signature....Search this board, Mouscellaneous. There are a few threads that explain how to do it and I think they have links to the DVC resort pics as well.

Okay stupid question im sure but what's ROFR? :confused3

"Right of First Refusal" - essentially whenever someone sells their DVC timeshare it has to go to Disney for "approval". Disney can opt to buy it from the seller instead of letting the original buyer purchase it. From what I can tell, it doesn't happen often, but it does happen (especially if the selling price is lower than normal).

Congratulations! Please add your name to the ROFR thread, so I can have someone keeping me company during the painful ROFR wait for BVC!
