First Timer Help

Update for first timer. My offer was sent for ROFR on August 9th and cleared August 24th! That was way faster than I thought. Took me a few days to move the money around to buy cash. Paid for and signed the closing docs. Currently waiting to hear that the seller has signed. I have a question. How long would it take for me to get access to the member site and be able to book? Hoping to plan a Fall break 2026 trip which means my booking window in about 45 days from now. Fingers crossed that the seller moves swiftly to sign their docs.
