Between Pop Century and the parks, water parks, other resorts and Downtown Disney, your only transportation option is the bus (or a taxi). You could walk to Wide World of Sports if you were interested in seeing that.
Once you're at the parks, there are other options. Magic Kingdom and Epcot are connected by monorail via the Transportation and Ticket Center (you have to change trains there). Epcot and MGM are connected by Friendship Boats. It takes quite a while as they stop off at the Yacht & Beach Club, BoardWalk and Swan & Dolphin, but it's quite a nice thing to do and would give you an opportunity to see parts of WDW that you otherwise might not. It's also possible to walk between the two - it would take around 25-30 minutes. Animal Kingdom is out on a limb, so you're back to the bus. The same applies to Downtown Disney.

MGM is closest, followed by Epcot, then AK then MK.
