First time with Will Call and transfering to DVC room....help

I need some advice please. We are headed down the 14th. We are staying at OKW. We decided to go down a day earlier and with no rooms avail and to not use higher pts we booked 1 room at AOA. The goal was drive all day Friday, 2 SN kids and a Service Dog, rest up and transfer the next morn. We have done this in the past but have always had our PAPS in hand.

This time we will need to activate them, via will call. I understand from the forum that DTD parking is a mess, nevermind arriving late on a Friday night.

Really, if you were us what would be the easiest way to do this? We have yet to do a will call/pick up. We would like them before the next morning and just cross one less thing off the not so fun list to do before the trip begins.

you can pick them up at most of the parks at the front gate, guest services. Magic Kingdom and HS, for sure.....not sure about Epcot.

Hmmmm, from AOA and a will call I would have to take a bus because of no proof for free parking right? I believe my DVC only works if I am at OKW which I will not be for that night. Right?

Bobbiwoz is correct. Registered guests staying at a Disney resort will get a parking pass at check-in. Put that pass on your car dashboard and you'll get free parking at the Parks.

I never knew that about the other resorts. WOW TY soooo much. You guys just made this so much easier. I kept thinking the worst because of the darn will call, getting there to activate after parking lol. Better yet a CM told us the DVC free parking only works if we are at a DVC resort but they did not have the extra night.
