First Time Visitors To Disney?

I called to have my sister and my family linked up with our vacation so we can get our rooms hopefully close to one another. During the conversation they asked if this was our first time visiting and I said not for my, husband and son but first time for my 7 year old daughter. She said good and she said they will have buttons and something else for her. And this will be my sisters family first time too.. Does anyone know what they do for first time visitors?

When my children were first time visitors they just got a pin to wear. They wore them but for us there was no real benefit to them. There were so many people with pins; they were basically pins that said something about celebrating and then a blank line where the CM wrote in first visit, but others said birthday, anniversary, etc.

I agree with OP, the buttons didn't do much for us either as far as first time visitors. Now my husband had a birthday pin and a lot of CMs wished him happy birthday wherever we went, which was nice.
