If you are staying seven nights or less. you will get your trash removed and towels replaced on day four (day one is check in). If you are staying eight nights or more, you get a full cleaning on day four and your trash removed and towels replaced on day eight. If you are staying in a one bedroom or larger, you'll have a washer and dryer in your villa. You'll get a single box of laundry detergent each service day (as long as a full box isn't standing out where the housekeepers can see it if you don't use it). It's a no-name green brand. If you are in a studio, you can use the washer and dryer that is available in the building on the fifth floor for free. You need a room key to open the door. If you need additional towels or shampoo or anything else provided, you will pay for it. This is a timeshare and members pay for everything other than what is provided each service day. No rollaways are provided. No extra sheets. If you have a problem with the unit, you can call Housekeeping or Engineering to provide a fix. But if you call the front desk, you'll just get a call center in who knows where (Tampa?, Kansas?) If you ask for a different villa or upgrade, you may wind up costing the owner extra points. Ask for problems to be fixed, but you'll probably be limited to what you can change to. You'll be on the fifth floor, unless your owner reserved a concierge villa (and those are very hard to get) on the sixth floor.
If your trash builds up before its time for the housekeepers to show up, take your trash to the trash room located on your floor. The location should be listed in your information. Extra trash bags will be in the bottom of the trash can in your villa. Studios have paper plates and bowls. Plus plasticware for cutlery. A few real glasses and mugs. One bedrooms and larger have pretty much fully stocked kitchens. DVC has Mr Coffee style coffee makers in the villas (usually ten to twelve cup). You'll need your own filters and coffee if you plan to drink more then one small pot (4-6 cups per filter pack) every four days.
