First time ME user...some questions!

Hi all,
My family always rents a car when we visit Disney World. And we'll be doing the same for our next trip...but, we won't be renting from the airport so we'll be taking Magical Express from the airport to our resort.

I've read that the ME doesn't pick up luggage after 10 or 11 pm and I'm pretty sure we won't be arriving before then. SO, we'll have to get our checked bags on our own (which is fine) and bring them to ME ourselves.

What happens when we get to the resort? We'll be staying at CBR and I can't imagine trying to get luggage for 11 people onto the internal bus (carseats and strollers included for 4 children).

Is Bell services staffed all night?
If not, will they hold our luggage and deliver in the morning?

I know it sounds crazy that we're renting a car like we are, but we like the flexibility it gives us.

If you arrive after 10 pm, you will have to pick up your own luggage. The ME personnel leave at that time and there will be no one there to pick up your bags off the carousel.

You should tip the driver about a dollar a bag for placing your bags under the bus and then unloading them for you.

You can leave them at guest services and call to have them delivered in the morning. You must be in your room to receive your bags and tips are very much appreciated.

Thank you very much. I'm not so much concerned about the airport to bus/bus to check-in transfers. I was however concerned about getting to our rooms so that's very helpful knowing they'll deliver them in the morning. Thanks for the info on the tips to the driver/bell services CM. We're tippers anyway, but it's always nice to know what is typical.
