Hey everyone. I know this thread is overloaded with ME questions but here is one more. From what i've been reading if you had a booklet mailed to you from WDW with you ME voucher can you just get in line or do you need to go to the welcome center counter and see a CM before getting in line?

I was just there in May and since we had our booklet we were able to just go get in line and NOT go to the welcome center. Have a great trip and enjoy!

Ahhhh, true, but...you can't just decide that for yourself. You must be sent to the bus lines by a CM. They will ask to see your vouchers. If they are good to go, then so are you.
No one should 'assume' they can just head to the bus lines.

Same here. We got in the longish line but about halfway through there was a kiosk where a CM checked our vouchers and let us bypass the rest of the line and head right to the red carpets since everything was in order.

At the very least when you get to the ME area, it is huge, there will be a CM to direct you.

On my last trip I arrived kind of late and the area was almost empty. The CM welcomed me and asked if I had my packet which was in my pocket.

They just sent me to the desk, who seemed to only confirm my packet and I was sent into the line for the bus. Although nobody was there so at the end I was sent out to the bus and a driver "helper" asked and took my ticket from the packet.

It is all really easy.

We will be getting in round 9:40 next sunday morning, would there be any large crowds?

Maybe but that's still early, so not many people will have arrived at MCO.

Don't worry too much anyway as with all things Disney they are set up to handle the crowds.

DME seems to operate most quickly when there are crowds!!!! I have had my longest waits at less busy times of day...go figure.
