First time in the world oct. 2014

well, hopefully no poo with our pooh We really only picked this rest. to get pics of the castle without the crowds.....although, I have read some good reviews about it

I made a new board with velcro so that I could change our plans easily I was getting tired of rewriting it every time, and I do not have any programs on my computer to put it in......(plus I just like a reason to do paper crafts ) I put a pic on fb but I will put it on photobucket tonight and post....

BTW, if anyone is willing, please friend request me. I am on fb so much more reliably than here. Plus mom and I have a disney page that I post a lot to. I should be easy to find, there can't be that many Raina Thrower s out there

I've heard good things too! I always see this Pooh's Stuffed French Toast mentioned, must be good! I think breakfast is our favorite meal, and we wanted to do the early reservation to get into the park early too, so this fit the bill. I'm not dying to meet Pooh characters, but it'll be cute. The kids really don't ever watch Pooh, it's never on TV... maybe we will watch a few of the movies before the trip.

We are having a LOT of character meals this time! Pooh, Lilo & Stitch, Princesses, Disney Junior, Beast at BOG... *sigh* I predict very little eating from my children. They were too enamored with watching the characters make the rounds last time that they hardly touched their food! Oh well! What can ya do!?!

I love Cirque, but you can't do everything in one trip, so dropping it is probably a good idea. Your (ever-changing) plans look good. I'll try to get over to FB and friend you, Raina. I'm trying to get off of this computer and on to packing and all the stuff I need to do. We leave for Disney at 6:20AM tomorrow!!!!

And one of the good things about BOG, you meet up with the Beast in another room after you've eaten, so no constant interruptions or distractions for the little ones while they eat. Okay, I'm out of here! Have a great week! Oh, and so glad Frank is getting better after his fall!

I told Raina we should switch our pirate day and MNSSHP day so we could go on the 2nd maybe we could all do a dismeet. She is worried if it gets rained out we wouldn't get to do he party because we check out the 5th

I LOVE that idea! We plan to do the party that night and the best part is the crowd level is supposed to be 2/10!!! That's soooo low! We should get to do most or all of our party check list.

I have read a few TR's were the party had rain, but in all of them it only delayed the fireworks show and parades, I haven't read any where they didn't get to do them! The parks are usually open until 12am for MNSSHP so there is plenty of time to push those things back if needed!! So I'm just gonna send out some good joo-joo that no rain come that night still!!!!

Hi! I just read all 30 pages. The crafts and cakes were terrific. I think your current plan sounds great, though I'm sure it will change again.

Here's a few funny coincidences: I grew up in Toledo, OH. My parents still live there. I live in NC now. We are also going to Disney for the first time in October. I'm pretty sure my mom will be coming down for part of the trip. My grandpa just had back surgery as well. And, my youngest daughter is named Evelyn! Crazy!

Just FYI, the crowd levels for the day have nothing to do with the party crowd levels. A lot of people avoid MK on party nights since it closes so early. Also, the parties don't get rained out. If you buy a ticket and it rains, you do not get a refund. You probably already know that, but just in case, thought I would let you know.

Our flight was cancelled this morning and we're on a later flight that is non-stop to Orland instead of going through Atlanta. Right now it is sleeting, so we're hoping we get to go at all today. Our granddaughter is already down there and waiting for us (with our daughter and her husband of course) so we're anxious to get going!
