First time in ages, when is the best time to go?

Only have Saturday and Sunday to go. What day is more crowded, and what time would be a good time to arrive without crowds? I haven't been to Disney in almost 8 years, so I wonder if things have changed?

Saturday tends to be more crowded. I would be there at rope drop. You can get alot done in the morning while others are at breakfast or still in bed. We go early avoid much of the lines, have lunch and leave for either pool time at the resort or lunch at the resort.
You really need to look into your options regarding FP+ as well.
