First time dvc help im a bit scared

We are from belgium and i rented some points here for a week at the akl jambo house . We are staying whit 2 adults and 2 kids in a standaard studio .
Now im scared that the room will be too small for us . I have stayed at french quarter , the beach club, the dolphin we found this rooms great .
Are the rooms in the dvc villas smaller than the regular rooms in disney world .
The kids dont care to sleep at the pull out coach and we are use to live out of oure luggage .
And sorry for my bad english .

It is the AK Value studios that are a little smaller in size.
I see you have a Standard Studio. You should be ok

You will have a queen bed and a pullout sofa. The only studios with 2 queens would be at OKW.

An AKV standard studio at Jambo would be about 365 square feet, which would be larger than POFQ (314), probably about the same as the others (could not find stats).

We are a family of four, which included 2 teenage girls. For our last trip we stayed in a studio at BLT we all new it would be a bit cramped going in but it was a spur of the moment trip with left over points and that made it better. Knowinng it would be cramped going in no one in our family complained at all about the size of the room. However the girls didn't care much for the bathroom door. We didnt spend all that much time in the room and the trip was very enjoyable.

Have you stayed at the AK before? It is so beautiful! The rooms are so pretty!
The lobby is absolutely stunning!

We have stayed in DVC studios at Wilderness lodge and Boardwalk with 2 adults and 2 children (17 DD and 12 DS). We were very comfortable. We did bring a twin airbed for separate sleeping areas for the kids since they were older. Those stays were before they improved the sleeper sofas. We loved the studios with the kitchenette and the easy access to laundry. I was nervous about the space before the first trip too, but it worked out great for our family of 4.

We are staying at AKL Jambo standard studios this summer with 2 adults and 2 children (17 DS and 4 DD). We are excited about staying at AKL for the first time. From my research: the Jambo standard view studios all are pool view. The dvc laundry is right on the zebra trial next to the lobby by the pool view rooms. The pool view rooms have pretty easy access to the lobby, restaurants and pool.

The room is bigger than at French Quarter. If you were find there, you will be more than fine at AKV.

The pullout couches aren't quite as comfortable as a bed, but they much more comfortable than any pull-out couch I've ever slept on. And being able to fold it up during the day gives you lots of room.

Your English is fine...I challenge any of us to post in Dutch, French, or German -- on a native board! The studios are quite spacious, and the Jambo rooms are quite nice. I'm sure you'll have a great time.

I think you will be fine!!!! AKV Jambo house is amazing...be sure to check out the daily acitivities, there are many things to do right at the resort.

Nice to meet a "neighbor" in here! I'm from Belgium as well
I'm sure you'll be fine. We stay at OKW most of the times (usually in a Studio - me and my 2 kids). I haven't stayed at AKL but seen many of the other Studio's, they're all quite spacious so you shouldn't worry. Having a kitchenette is a huge plus! You'll love it!
