We are set to go on the Disney Dream in July with four other family groups and wanted to know if each of us will have a different check-in time? My mom booked the whole trip for all us and we are flying while the rest of my family will be driving from Texas. So we are more than likely will be getting to the port first. Any information would greatly be appreciated.

IT depends, are the cabins all linked to one reservation? IF they are then they can all be checked on online at one time giving you the same arrival time but that doesn't mean you get the same boarding number if you arrive at different times.

Well they were all booked at the same time but when I go online to Disney, it shows our stateroom only. Is there a difference between online check in and boarding time at the port?

Each room (each separate reservation) has to do its own online checkin. Now, as long as you have everyone's information (ressie #, Date of birth, etc), you can do everyones check-in at the time you do yours, one at a time after yours.

When you do the online checkin you will select a Port Arrival Time. When you arrive at the port, you will receive your actual boarding number (which is tied to your Port Arrival Time) when you check in at the port.
