First Time at wdw

In June my family and I will be staying at the Grand Floridian for four nights before our Disney cruise. I have focused a lot of attention on the rooms aboard ship, but have no idea what we should expect at the Hotel.

We have connecting Concierge Rooms, but that is all I know about the rooms.

Any suggestions? Do I need to request certain rooms?

Grand Floridian on the first trip??!! Where do you go from there?

I've never stayed at the Grand Floridian before, but I have visited. It is, by far, the most elegant resort at Disney World. I'm sure whatever room you stay at will be wonderful.

For a first time trip, sounds like you guys are really doing it up right!! Do you know if you will be in the Sugar Loaf Concierge building or the Main Building Concierge (Royal Palm Club)?

I don't know which location we are booked. My notes from our travel agent show that we have connecting rooms at the Grand Floridian on the concierge floor.

I think I need to call our agent, before I do I would appreciate tips on which we should select.
