First time at USO/IOA

We will be coming to Orlando April 8-11 then heading to River Ranch for a few days. What day would be best for us to go to USO/IOA? We also plan on doing Watermania waterpark since we will have a free family pass for it.

Also, will the mardi gras parade be going on while we are there?

You'll be there for the weekdays so any day will be good.

The 11th is the only day you can see Mardi Gras so go to USF on the 11th.
