What is your favorite thing to eat at the Food and Wine Festival? So excited to be here at this time of year!:yay:

We were r there for the first time last weekend. By far, the best thing we sampled was the pork slider from Hawaii!

Ireland wins again with the seafood pie. Also the warm chocolate pudding there is great.

I loved the bacon hash from the Farm Fresh Stand! I could eat that every day! Also, the shrimp taco from Mexico was fantastic.

I second the bacon hash...yummy.

My absolute favorite is the lettuce wrap from So Korea. Beware-they are addicting and you may just want to order a few the first time so you don't need to get back in line. Grab a few napkins-they are very messy!

My favorite drink is the grapefruit beer in Germany. I generally do not like beer and this one is so nice and refreshing.

How does the Food Fest work? Do you just pay as you go????? If so is it expensive??? We will be there for this and I would like to have an idea of funds before getting too excited...lol:thumbsup2

My favorite is Ireland's Lobster and seafood fisherman’s pie.

Our favorites this year were Brazil's crispy pork belly, Puerto Rico's carne guisada con arroz blanco and flancocho.

We usually save all of our dining plan snacks and cash them in at the Food and Wine festival. This is the best way we've used our snack credits and it makes another meal after 6 or 7 snacks. :)

Now this may not sound very appealing and I don't know what kinds of food you like, but on my most recent trip, I tried the "Tartlette eu Escargo" from the France stand and I was delicious! Had a very good sause/cream and you couldn't even really taste the snails. Not very chewy/ rubbery which was good also.
