First split stay - a couple of questions

We are heading to the World the end of September and are doing 1 night at AoA, Little Mermaid room, and 7 nights at BC and then 2 nights at YC. I need to call ME with my flight information, do I ask them to add the info for the trip down to the AoA reservation and then the fkight back on the YC? With 3 different confirmation numbers I want to make sure I am doing the right thing.
Any help or suggestions with split stays would be greatly appreciated!!!

Yes. with your AoA confirmation # you ask for ME pickup...you get dropped off at that resort. And since your ending the trip with YC you ask for ME pickup at YC (with your YC confirmation #). Clear as mud? Not sure if thats what youre asking. im doing a split stay first at ASMo then at CSR. They sent ME for both resorts but im only booking ASMo on the way there....and CSR going home.
