"First rule of leadership, Princess...." ~Overdosing on Ice Cream

Apparently tomorrow I will have to add in The Tale of the Crazy Squirrel that occurred outside while I was waiting inside for the boys.

I was only able to go on it because it was dark!

But could you tell that it went upside down? That's what freaks me out! Is it just one time that it goes upside down?

I just listened to 5 minutes of why she wouldn't go on it because one of the Jonas Brothers looked "terrified" on it, which then morphed into something about Frankie being the "bonus" Jonas brother. I don't know I didn't really follow what she was yammering about.

:rotfl2: Daisy must have been watching the same thing that Chelsea saw a few days ago -- she came running out, practically hyperventilating about how the Jonas Brothers rode RnRC just like she did! :rotfl:

I would have been Daisy. I am a huge chicken on roller coasters. Tell her she is lucky that she got to "chicken out" because when we went on Space Mountain as a family when I was 13, even though I was CRYING, my parents wouldn't let me leave. Needless to say, it wasn't as bad as I thought. :rotfl2:

I am with Daisy-- no RnR for me! Thank goodness for chicken exits! ;)

If only she had told me she wanted to leave, I could have gone with her!

Yes you can tell your going upside down, and you go upside down more than once!

Space Mountain was my first roller coaster, and I freaked out during the whole time in line! I loved it afterwards!

Joey does look hilarious with that wig!

I really like RnR; the worst part of it for me is not going upside down (honestly, I don't even "feel" it), but the initial acceleration. After that, I'm good. :thumbsup2

The first time I attempted RnR I took the "chicken" exit also and my little brother followed. My father said it was a good thing.

But last year I rode it for the 1st time and LOVED it...and LOVE thrill rides now...like Kingda Ka at Six Flags. :scared1:

I think it's hilarious you were more nervous about your ADR than your children being stuck upside down. :rotfl:

Great update! Bet the boys just loved going on RnRC three times in a row. Great Mom points :thumbsup2 I can't wait to ride it -- I love roller coasters. My mom says she's going on it too. I'm not sure if DD will go or not... She's 9, but hasn't really been on a roller coaster before. We'll just have to wait and see how brave she's feeling that day.

Great stuff! I'm with Daisy too - I do not "do" upside down or spinning rides :scared1:  I took the chicken exit at Star Tours at DL Paris - I thought I could do make myself do it, but I couldn't :rotfl2:

I don't even know who the Jonas Brothers are - just an added benefit of having only boys, I guess :lmao:

The pictures of your new home are wonderful - you are a great decorator! :thumbsup2 I hope your weather has been as lovely as ours!

Oh, would you mind sharing which MasterPark lot you chose to leave your vehicle in? There are four and I have no clue which one is in a better area or whatever. Thank you :flower3:

Can't wait for the next update! popcorn::

Daisy thought that was funny to when she read it last night.

I'd have her try a couple other ones first!

Tell Joey he looks awesome in the wig!!!:lmao:

Will do!:thumbsup2

My boys like the Jonas Brothers too. Our weather has been great the last couple days.

I'll have to ask David when he gets home which lot it was. He's in Spokane for a couple more days.

Great update! Ok, what's with the guy behind Joey in the Aerosmith wig pic? He looks like Joey just stole HIS long blond wig!:rotfl2: Good for you to try RnRc. My husband does the roller coasters with our oldest, while I stay back with those who aren't tall enough yet. At least that's my story, and I'm sticking to it!:thumbsup2

:rotfl: I thought that guy looked funny too. It was very crowded in that little store, maybe Joey did steal his wig? :lmao:

After reading your update I realized I need to stop being chicken and try RnR!!!

Yep try it, it's dark and it's over quickly!

Great update. I'm with you, I don't really like the big rollercoasters, especially the ones that go upside down, all that much. I don't think I could have ridden even once, not even in the dark. You should get a special award for that one and brownie points for letting the boys ride it 3 times in a row.

Thanks. :goodvibes

Fun to hear your take on RNRC. I'm so on the fence about trying this. I braved EE last year, but RNRC was closed. Tower of Terror - that's a definite NO!!, but I've been scouring the boards to figure out if RNRC is a go-ahead.

It's very fast, you go upside down twice, and it has a corkscrew, but it's in the dark so if heights are why you don't like roller coasters that part is ok.

GREAT UPDATE!!! Good for you for giving RNRC a shot!:thumbsup2 It is my FAVE in all of WDW! There is nothing like the rush of fear you get when the ride first takes off! WOW I wish I was there RIGHT now!:goodvibes
