We had been told that Mickey and a few friends would be coming out to greet us and ride on the train with us. I was expecting 4 or 5 characters and was overwhelmed by how many were actually there.

Trying to watch all three kids interact with the characters and take pictures, and being greeted by characters myself, I hardly knew where to look. At one point Pluto licked me complete with slurping noise. Stitch was hoping around running into everyone with his ears, which made Alice giggle. It was a whirlwind of activity, sort of controlled chaos.

One of the CMs took my camera to take some group shots, and us leaving on the train.

It was time to follow Mickey onto the train.

We sat in the car with Mickey,

and then we were all aboard and the train was on it's way to the front of the park.

I am LOVING your report. Can't wait until we go in November. I would love to get my Mom and Daughter onboard with the idea of arriving so early but they would think I had lost my mind and chances of the 3 of us getting selected for such an honor are slim to none so we will vicariously through you.

How awesome to meet everyone at once! I'd love to be able to do that too but since DH and I don't have kids, I doubt they'd pick us. Maybe we'll have to borrow DNeph to go with us.
