"First rule of leadership, Princess...." ~Overdosing on Ice Cream

Don't get stressed. Just keep thinking that this time in four days, you will be at the Happiest Place on Earth! No stressing allowed. It will all come together, I promise! :grouphug:

And, too, just think that while the rest of us are still trying to come up with things to fill our PTR, you will be amassing fun stories and pics for your TR! :thumbsup2

My mission this evening is to find princess: "Princess Pink" nail polish for Miss Daisy Mae.
The pink I picked out today is to
princess: "Old Ladyish, Mom!"
:snooty: "Whatever." says I.

However I will look for another color tonight after I take Adam to gymnastics.

Princess pink - perfect! I am sure you'll find just the right shade. Don't stress. Remember - half of the fun of a vacation is planning it!!

I am SO Excited for you that you will be there in 4 days. My 5 months seems like FOREVER!

I ask you, how can pink (any shade of pink) be old-ladyish??? I don't think it is possible!

Maybelline's Wet Shine line has some great pinks with glittery bits of something or other in them -- those are my favorites -- I think I have every shade they make -- I am a sucker for painted toe nails :). Now, I really want spring to get here!

happy hunting for the princess pink, Chel. :thumbsup2
Thanks I think we found it.

We started planning this trip over a year ago, and it felt like it would never get here, it seems unreal that we leave this week.

I tend to like more of a mauve pink, which is what the first shade I picked tended towards.

Daisy and I will be getting our trip pedicures Wednesday night! :cool1:

First color- Berry Pretty- to "old ladyish"

Second color-Delightful Dawn- close but not quite

Third color- Everlasting Pink- perfect Princess Pink princess:

I wouldn't let Daisy do her nails after we got home, to late they would smudge, so they will probably have to wait until Wednesday. Tomorrow she has soccer after school, and then gymnastics, so no time for manicures.

I haven't decided if any of these pinks will work for me or not? :confused3

I'm afraid that I won't be able to recall all the information, tips, insights that I want to. I'm scared of getting to the parks and my brain drawing a big blank. Now logically I know that there is no way I can remember/know it all, and that I should just relax and enjoy. Illogically I feel responsible for everyone's trip and I want it to be perfect.

Yes I know I'm crazy! I swear I'm working on letting it go! :dance3:

My husband is really good at talking me back from the ledge when I start to take myself to seriously. :scared: Unfortunetly for me, he is out of town until Thursday, so I'm free to let my brain ping pong about with all my frets and worries.

:surfweb: Perhaps less caffeine before bed time would help as well? :confused3

did u make a list?

I am off to bed, i will check back in the morning.

I forgot alot of things and still had a wonderful time.

Lists plural! Touring plans, itineraries, parade/fireworks viewing spots, etc. You are right relaxing and being flexible will be important. After all no matter what we will still be in Disney World! :goodvibes

3 days only! I am living vicariously through you. Sounds like you're keeping busy these 3 days with sports today, mani/pedi tomorrow, DH coming home Thurs...

Yippee!!

BTW - not to add to your lists, but have you heard about Tom & Huck's paintbrushes? I just learned about them yesterday.

::yes:: I don't know if we will make it over their earlier enough to look for them, but yes that is on my list of possible things to do.

Wow, Stagemom- you are getting very close. I have been reading all the posts the past few days, but have not posted. No time, or it seems I have no time.

I have been very busy at work, trying to get everything done to be able to vacation next week..oh the stress is killing me here!!!! I can't wait for a vacation.

I still have not packed a thing, nor have I made a list.

I have much bigger problems- our nanny has had a heart attack...she is fine, but will probably have surgery later in the month. We are very close to her and we are very worried about her. She is great with our son, and I hope she is able to return to keep him. She already misses him.. and it's only been 5 days.

did you find everyone's "musts". If you do and you want to pay $7.95 go to "touring plans dot com" (of course put it together, I cannot on here) and you can do personalized tour plans. Then list everyones musts and then see everything else.
keeps everyone happy.

if u want pm the list of everyones plans and I will if I can do a map for you to follow.
