These photos informed my guesses. But they are guesses. I know nothing of large scale construction.

Based on construction aerial photos that’s what I think too, in the marked locations:

Ok - those do seem to be about the only locations they might be. Just would like to see some X's for how many! I guess there is a very faint outline which looks like maybe 3 public and 2 service elevators on the left. And 4 public in the one section on the right.

I suspect both the point charts and sales inception are waiting on approval of their 1/25/19 filing with the state.

This has started with Aulani continued with VGF, PVB, CCV and now Riviera. If you chose not to exercise the Fixed Week you get the points in which you bought (which is typically a 10% premium on the initial point charts).

Fixed weeks exist at other DVC resorts. I don't know about all, but it is not new with Riviera.
