Ok...so the holiday is coming up quicker then I ever imagined, where I work is going thru OFSTED this week and I'm heavily involved and realised I've really done little or no planning and certainly no food planning at all!!!!!!:scared1:

We arrive on Eurostar about oneish and will be straight off to parks, dumping luggage and collecting parc tickets from Disney Express desk. We r staying at SL.

Doing as much as we can (would like to do parade so it's 'done')b4 little ones (and my mum!) are shattered, and then back to hotel to check in, try and get girls to bed at something like normal time, then I'm off out to meet up with my friends and do the BIG person's rides until parc closes at 10pm....yes 10pm!

So...after all that preamble...what would be a good food plan for the day???

I had thought of:
a. grab a baguette from station, go for it round the parc (prob not Studios today)and book either HuntersGrill or Beaver creek for the evening (earlyish)

b. do a late lunch at Agrabah (dunno when they close) and do something snacky for tea (take out or good old train station! or MDs)

Anyone give advice??????? Got better ideas??? It's me, my Mum (60yrs, first visit) and 2 girls 4yrs and 8yrs

Aidez-moi, s'il vous plait!!!

I would go for option a, then it's not far to get the (likely) very tired children back to the room after you have eaten!

That is what we plan on doing on our first night, we did it back in Feb too, and I was glad we did!

you could do take out from annettes either. a definate pleaser!

we normally do annettes the 1st night but can barely keep eyes open as the tiredness takes over. we're attempting bbwws our next trip but wont have any little ones with us.

arent disney beds the most comfy beds ever!

Annettes used to be a definite favourite for our first meal - but we would often do it as we arrived before hitting the parks. then would grab something quick and easy in the evening - either a hot dog, or sandwich or croque

sorry, just seen this. Yes we did, and we opted for Hunters, only because we have a 2 year old, so he was free. Though from what Elaine says in her post about this, Beavers is a buffet for children anyway. Does that mean he would be free in there too? I'll have to check that out!

Hunters was very nice, and I would eat in there again.

Thanks...ohhh feeling a it peckish now...and made the silly mistake of printing off Annettes menu and seeing the fab list of cocktails.......groan......:rotfl:

On our first night we normally go to BBWWS. But we are breaking with tradition this year and are eating at the Beaver Creek Tavern at the Sequoia Lodge.
