First Look at the “Tronorail”

It makes the original paint look like it is a 69 Nova that needs a wash.

One man's crap is another man's cool. I think the pics look awesome. I'll be curious to see what it looks like live.

I've seen photos and videos and will see in person in May.

I think it looks great. :thumbsup2

I really like the blue color for it. I don't see how it is crap.:confused3

Inside The Magic has a video of it in motion. I think it looks cool and refreshing actually, and when another one passed by, the "white" of it seemed rather dull.

I thought it was supposed to be at least two tronorails, one yellow bike and one blue, but it looks like its just one, with one side yellow and the other blue, both heading "forward". I don't know if it is common for the trainsets to get "turned around" though.

I like it. Don't know why you'd call that "crap", but whatever. The full color wrap of this monorail makes the others seem dated though. Maybe they should fully wrap/theme all the monorails to keep things interesting.

I'm pretty much speechless to the new inventions.
I think they should make trains more like monorails.

Gee, isn't Disney gonna be pissed if the movie tanks? Won't be the first time. Except now they will have to re-paint a whole train! .... . .. .oh well :guilty::lmao:

I think it is just a decal wrap like is done with cars, buses, etc. now. Nothing to repaint, just peel - and by the time it comes out it might peel rather easily :)

I agree. The solid color full wrap just looks sleek and very sharp. They make the normal white with stripes cars look dated and dull. I'd fully support a full color wrap of every monorail on the line - in their existing colors, of course - so you'd still have Monorail Red, Monorail Orange, Monorail Teal, etc. but they would all be solid colored full wraps instead of just stripes. :thumbsup2

Who cares what it looks like on the outside- as long as it doesn't smell on the inside!! :rotfl2:

Great idea!!!!

what has disney done :confused3 gah!! I dont like public advertizing in disney... Dont those things in the windows make it hard to see??? Doesn't it turn everything blue???? I for one am not a fan...

I saw one on the Express line on Saturday, or was it Sunday? Can't remember. The Express line was closed to park guests and had to take the resort monorail and just saw it as it zoomed by through the contemporary. I think they look awesome!!! I'm not agreeing with it looking like crap. :confused3

It looks okay from a Distance however once you get up close to it becomes a huge let down IMHO.
