Well, I have no idea if anybody is reading but as I wrote earlier I'm going to keep rack of my progress here for me if not anyone else!
Running-wise I got up to 3 miles today, which was my goal. Yesterday I only did 1.5, but that was more because of time (I had something to do...) I do need to get my pace up a bit, although I'm not going for speed right now my pace is pretty appalling.
After my 10 pound loss last week, as expected, I went up 1.2 pounds this week. That's still almost 9 pounds over 2 weeks which I would take any time!
