She was meant to have the face she did before the transplant. I just dont think God intended for face transplants, or artificial hearts, or life support IMO

I'm not saying this to be rude or anything, but how would you know what or what not God intended? If it's their time to go, they'll go no matter what.

Yes, but, everything happens for a reason. She was meant to have BOTH faces.

Its great that she gets to live a new renewed life, but its not how God meant for it to be IMO

Its different when people have cancer or something like that. A face transplant is a lot more major then using chemo


And you never know who your talking to. MY grandmother had cancer and she went through chemo for 2 years, now shes perfectly healthy.


I know no one is going to understand ho I feel, but its how I feel

Not people playing God.
It's people giving people a second chance.
This woman was not about to die, she suffered with a severely disfigured face for years, and you don't think she deserves the right to a normal life without people calling her a monster and staring at her on a daily basis?!!
This woman's face was disfigured because she got shot in the face during a domestic dispute.
If God's plan for someone is that they get shot in the FACE by someone they love and then have to suffer for years after without ever receiving any treatment...

I think it's amazing and I'm so glad Connie can try to start her life over thanks to the miracle of medicine.
