Just wanted to share my experience as I know there have been many folks who've had issues with rude CM's.

This is my first time using DAS. I'm autistic and have anxiety disorder as well. Post-COVID my issues in crowds/confined spaces have skyrocketed, and when you throw my sensory processing issues into the mix, it's asking for a panic attack or meltdown at some point. Thought it was time to bite the bullet, get over my internalized ableism, and put in a request.

I had my online registration meeting and it could not have gone better. Got right in after about a 5 minute wait. Ran through the assessment of why I would have issues in line, and the CM was very quick to say she would be able to get me registered. From start to finish it took about ten minutes to get squared away.

Was a little more difficult to get the attraction reservations done - there was a system issue, so she gave me the link to return to do it later. Went back on about two hours later, and was able to get our first two choices on every park day we wanted. The times were decent (one might be a bit close to one of our dining reservations, but we'll deal with it).

Was very grateful the CM was so kind, as I was very worried after some of the horror stories I'd read. Overall it was as good an experience as I could possibly ask for.
