once i get to my goal weight, i'll splurge for some $150 jeans maybe as a treat.

Don't do it! It's so not worth it. My cousin has tre expensive jeans, and guess what, her butt still looks.... well, anyway. Best jeans ever are the curvy ones from the Gap. Check those out when you're ready for a new pair to celebrate weight loss. Plus, GO YOU!

So....she is leaning toward getting off the ship in Nassau. I would like to at least see Atlantis, maybe take some photos. As you said George, a lot of our decisions will be based on what the Pod cast crew come up with.

I figure that they will plan something...but on the e-mail show this past week, he sounded like he was considering getting a group together to do the segway tour. I know that John and Kevin will be heading to Atlantis for some gambling at some point that day...at least that's what they keep telling us...

I also like the segway idea Brandie. I'm still of the opinion this would be a very popular activity and there wouldn't be enough slots to accomodate everyone interested going on a tour with the podcast team.

I agree George. We aren't planning anything until the team announces what they've got planned.

We lived in the country and didn't have free flowing money either. I got Kmart clothes as a kid. At least they were new, my sisters got hand me downs.

My Mom made double knit polyester pant suits for me. With zippers in the back of the pants (grade 1)

I have forgiven her.

She sticks to afghans and dishclothes now.

I think it took me 1/2 an hour to catch up. You guys babble WAY too much...

I turned 40 last Oct.

As of Dec. 20th., DH and I have been married for 16 years. (He also turned 40 that month.) First date: Highschool grad. night 1987. Confession.... I had to search for the Marriage Cert. to see what year we were married. Hey, DH couldn't remember either.)

I don't give a crap about shoes or fashion.... Shopping for clothes is a HUGE chore and I HATE doing it. As long as I look good in it, I'm satisfied. I do my clothes shopping at Kohl's. I do have 2-3 MAC makeup products though and I only use 'name brand' hair products.... About as uppity as I get. Wardrobe of choice...jeans and t-shirts. I won't be dining at V&A anytime soon.

I've had the same hairstyle for most of my adult life. Yes, I color my hair, too. My favorite nail color is BLACK.

DH isn't a Disney fan... or so he says. Strange 'cause he's got a mighty fat smile on his face when he's at WDW! When he's home.... he's whining about how "eat up" I am about Disney and how "it ain't against the law to be crazy". Ok DH... bite me. Oh, and you will NEVER find DH on the DIS. Ever.

We're not plannning to get off the boat in Nassau. Except if I decide to go get some Ponche Kuba. That's some good tastin' girly liqueur. Highly recommend it. I think it can only be found in NY here in the states.

Weird but....Just thought I would share those didbits.

Oh, BTW, we're supposed to get 2-4" of snow tonight/tomorrow! I'll believe it when I see it. Oh, and I put the roo back outside today. He's doing fine so far. Crowed a LOT this morning. If he's not on the roost tonight though, I'm bringing his little a$$ back in the house.
